Happy New Year and I'm back! I'm from the South, so New Year's Day absolutely must include black-eyed peas, cornbread, and greens-- which I turn into a soup. Mirepoix, garlic, veggie broth, black-eyed peas, kale, and egg noodles, with cornbread on the side. Good luck in 2010, and may all your resolutions see the end of the year. xo
