Meet Marvin. He's about 237 years old and drools, snores, hacks, and whines. It would have been cute if it didn't cut into Jamiepalooza.

You too, can stick it to the man ("the man" being "the overpriced Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino) and fill your mini-fridge with food from Trader Joe's for less than $40. Go budget! Choose budget!

I have perfected the "lazy omlette"-- sauteed some mushrooms in butter, pour in 2 eggs whisked with a tablespoon or so of milk, turn heat to low, sprinkle top with green onions and grated romano, once it is almost cooked through pop it under the broiler for 1 minute. Voila! No flipping.

This is a crappy shot of a wonderful sandwich (the steam fogged up the lens). It was seared zucchini and sauteed mushrooms with green olives, homemade marinara sauce, and broiled romano cheese. Delish!

Don't judge me. I've been doing 90 minutes of 105-degree yoga practically every day in the last 2 weeks (11 classes in 13 days) and all I have been craving is carbs and salt-- thus invented: MAC & CHEEZZA. Don't worry, it's all vegetarian and organic. ;)
